A chartered professional and RPEQ qualified mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in hydrometallurgy and processing plant environments across Australian and International operations. Andrew possesses a strong technical background particularly in Pressure Oxidation (POX) autoclave circuit design, maintenance, reliability and operation although has significant experience in Mechanical Reliability based roles throughout a variety of operating sites including Alumina, Iron Ore, Copper, Gold, Manganese, Zinc, Lead and Coal Seam Gas.
Andrew enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems and developing innovative yet practical solutions. Andrew has vast experience performing root cause analysis and facilitating major failure investigations, developing maintenance strategies using RCM principles, designing and implementing sophisticated asset health monitoring systems, managing condition monitoring and NDT programs as well as administering repairs of Classified Plant equipment.
